About me

Tell me, what do you feel when you look at me?

Namaste!

Tell me, what do you feel when you look at me? Does what you see resonate with you, stir any emotions? Or perhaps, close your eyes and allow yourself to feel fully. Words are limited, but energy speaks for itself. Let my energy speak—what does it whisper to you?

And then ask yourself, is this about me, about you, or about us?

I stand here before you, bare, being your mirror. A loving reflection that will not heal you, because only you can do that. But I can be your companion on this journey, hold your hand, and support you. I can be a guidepost, an awakening…

I am here to serve love, to serve you, with all I have experienced, with all I have learned. 🤍🙏🏻

About me

Facilitator of kundalini energy, therapist of the Akasha chronicles, yoga teacher and tantra enthusiast. My life is filled with nature, people, art, sports, and creativity. I love engaging and thought-provoking books, meeting friends, summer evenings, and autumn rains.

On a daily basis, I work at an interactive agency as the lead creative, specializing in designing websites and online stores. I teach people how to grow their businesses online and make money without requiring significant effort.

Experience

I studied Midwifery at the Medical University of Poznań, which made the subject of women’s health very close to my heart. During my hospital internships, I deepened my knowledge of breathing and relaxation techniques, which became my passion. Before starting midwifery, I studied biology for a year and a half, which opened my eyes to nature and the life around me.

The combination of my professional education, interests, and experiences led me to an MBSR mindfulness course, which I completed in November 2020. In May 2021, I finished a yoga teacher training course. Since June 2022, I have also been a certified Akashic Records therapist. In May 2024, I completed a facilitator course in Kundalini energy activation in India.

Hobby

Yoga and meditation have helped me tame many of the struggles that had built up within me over the years. They gave me the strength to shatter the crooked mirror that others had so willingly held up to me throughout my life. Now, I find joy in the simple moments of everyday life—like the sound of rain tapping against the windowsill, the rich aroma of coffee in the morning, or the gentle brush of an eyelash against my cheek. The world is full of magical moments; we just close ourselves off from seeing them.

I embrace a holistic approach to life and self-care at every stage. Whether it’s about food, sleep, work, or leisure, let’s be mindful of why we do what we do and how it affects us.
